Engine Company Runs Vehicle Fire

On Christmas Morning, just after 0430hrs, Station 23 was alerted to respond to Interstate 95 Southbound at Route 141 for a vehicle fire.  Engine 236 with a crew of 3 under the command of Captain Mills responded.  Engine 236 arrived to find a vehicle well involved with fire as a result of a  Property Damage accident.  Engine 236 stretched 1 inch and 3/4 hand line to extinguish the bulk of the fire.  Engines 12 and 6 also responded and assisted with extinguishing the fire.  Units cleared within an hour.
