One Trapped for Rescue 23

On the above date, just after 1400hrs the in house crew observed a vehicle accident with a rollover at the intersection of James Street and Justis Street (directly outside of the firehouse).   Rescue 23 under the command of Captain Mills and Ambulance 23 quickly responded and arrived to find a two vehicle crash with one subject trapped.  Rescue 23's crew worked for around 20 minutes to free the patient.  Fire Chief 23 (Dierolf) had the "Newport Command"
