Rescue Runs as Second Due Special to 12 Townhouse Fire

At 0816 hours on Friday, June 22, Rescue 23 was dispatched to the Christiana Fire local for a reported townhouse on fire at 68 Denny Circle. Rescue Engine 12 arrived with smoke showing from the eaves and roof of a two story, middle of the group. Rescue 23 landed the second due special service assignment, assisting with searches, ventilation, and overhaul. All units cleared the scene in approximately two hours.
