Squad Runs as Second Engine on 22 House

At 0418 hours, on Sunday, July 8, the residential fire box was dropped for the report of a living room on fire at 13 Briarcliff Drive in 22's local. Engine 22-3 arrived to find smoke showing from the alpha side, and placed an 1.75" line in service. Squad 23 (Schuyler) arrived a short time later at 22's hydrant, the crew placed a second 1.75" in service. The fire was knocked in a matter of minutes, and placed under control a short time later. A-23 was also due on the assignment and transported on patient to a local area hospital. All units returned to quarters with in two hours of the first call.
