Engine 23 Runs Auto Fire in 20's Local

At 2021 hours on Thursday, August 16, Station 23 was alerted to Interstate 95 northbound at Interstate 495 for an auto fire. Engine 23 responded with five members, and arrived  within minutes to find an auto well-off as a result of an accident on Interstate 495 northbound in 20's area. Ambulance 23 was then dispatched to the location for an injured person. Engine 23's crew placed on line inservice, and the incident was under control in approximately ten minutes.
