Squad 23 Runs Late Night House Fire in Newark

At 0141 hours on Tuesday, November 6, the residential fire assignment was dropped for the report of a neighbors house on fire in the unit block of Kollman Drive in Newark. Squad 23 attached to the assignment, staffed with 3, and while enroute multiple units arrived to find a one story single with fire showing. The Squad arrived as an extra engine on the box, and the crew assisted with fire suppression and overhaul. All units returned to quarters in approximately 2 hours.
