Squad and Deputy 23 run 18 House Fire

On 09/17/2019 just before 0100hrs, Station 23 was alerted to assist Station 18 on a house fire in the unit block of Roxeter Road in Castle Hills.  Ambulance 20 arrived, corrected the address to the unit block of Castle Hill Drive adn reported fire showing.  Station 18 units were stopped by a passing train causing Squad 23 to arrive as the first due engine.  Squad 23 secured a water supply and stretched an attack line to begin fire suppression.  Deputy 23 held command during the beginning of the incident due to Chief 18 being stuck by the train.  Crews operated for around 2 hours before returning to quarters.
