Engine 23 to Hay Fire on 141

At 1043 hours, 30-8 advised NCC Fireboard of an auto fire on Route 141 in the area of Boxwood Road. Engine 23 (Mahoney), Engine 14, and Rescue Engine 30-6 arrived simultaniously to find a truck carrying hay on fire. Engine 14 placed a handline inservice, and Engine 23 provided water and manpower. Command eventually added Tanker 19, Tanker 33, and DNREC to the assignment. All units operated for approximately two hours.
